The first is to study the effect of some sugar levels and 2.4-d, as well as the interaction between them on the production of mono plants from the cultivation of mottals, where sucrose was used at levels of 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 150 g / l, and used 2.4-d at a concentration of 0.1, 1.0, 2.5, 5 mg / liter and among the most important results obtained with regard to the production of callus and the distinction of plants that in terms of the influence of sugar levels and the effect of the concentration of 2.4-d and the effect of the interaction between sucrose, 2.4-d


As for the second experiment, it was conducted to study the effect of some concentrations of articles 2.4 - d, chitin (1, 2.5, 5 mg / l) on the production of callus and the distinction of plants resulting from the cultivation of zucchini squash tokens.
